Classic Music Antibirth Edition

Description
Classic DannyB Isaac Music with Classic Antibirth

My Classic Music mod hit a dilemna with Repentance, with many people desiring different outcomes. This edition is the edition I would have made for myself - combining the classic DannyB tracks with classic Mudeth tracks, carefully curated.

Core tracks were thoroughly harvested from an extract of the old Isaac Flash, the Antibirth mod, and in 2 cases for clean versions, a copy of the Antibirth OST. The following is the order of precedence that was used in this mod:
1. If DannyB had a flash Isaac track, it was used.
2. If Mudeth had an antibirth track, it was used.
3. Any unused in Rebirth DannyB track were used to replace a thematically matched ridiculon track (just one really).
4. Any unused so far Mudeth tracks were used to replace a thematically matched ridiculon track.

The fact that Mudeth redid tracks that DannyB had done, and the mods precedance rules prevent their direct use, gave a wealth of options to use Antibirth tracks where neither Mudeth or DannyB tracks exists; for example for the alternate floors to Antibirth floors, which in a perfect world, would have been Mudeth anyway. Things were thematically grouped in a way I'm very happy with. All the Danny stuff sounds Danny, the Antibirth/Afterbirth stuff all sounds Mudeth, and a few remaining (mostly end game) things sound Ridiculon. Almost nothing was reused (only a few jingles). All DannyB tracks were used. Almost all Mudeth was used except 05 Esc (Arcade) and 19 Spinning Intensifies (Boss Beaten + -). Very little Ridiculon remains, only in places where DannyB and Mudeth didn't touch (really just Boss Rush, Void Boss, Ultra Greed, Dogma and The Beast).

Part of my "Classic" mod series, restoring the parts of the original/older Binding of Isaac experience(s) that I feel were better:
Classic Music
Classic Sound Effects
Classic SpiderMod
Classic Found Hud

************ UPDATE *************
In the past I had polled users and suggested a new more dynamic music system, with choices, playlists, randomized pools, etc.
I spent hundreds of hours on this potential version, it becoming a near obsession, but there were just too many bugs with the BoI MOD API and the Music Mod Callback dependency.
For my own mental health, I had to give up on it. I don't see myself returning to it, especially while I work 2 jobs.
I will maintain the mod in its current version wtih future Isaac updates.

@Daddy On the Antibirth soundtrack, I believe it's "The Hammer of Pompeii", the Necropolis track.
