Tweaked Glowing Hourglass sprite

Tweaked sprite for the Glowing Hourglass. Now it doesn't hurt to look at (well, not as much at least)

For your convenience, I'm uploading every sprite tweak separately, so that if you don't like some of them, . After I receive enough feedback, tweak my redesigns, and make the requested ones, and remove the ones that don't work, I will compile them into one big mod :)
