Description
Adds Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu of Han, as an alternate leader for China.

Liu Xiu
Ability: Prophecies and Apocryphas Gain an additional Military policy slot for every 7 Holy Site districts (up to 4). One Military policy slot is converted into a Wildcard policy slot for every original Capital under Liu Xiu's control. Districts, improvements and units are immune from floods and storms. Gain the Youzhou Trooper unique unit with Horseback Riding. Unique Unit: Youzhou Trooper Chinese unique Classical Era unit that replaces the Horseman, when Liu Xiu is their leader. Earns experience 50% faster. +2 Combat Strength for each Military policy slotted in the current government. Agenda: Virtue of Fire Likes civilizations with high Faith output and keep their cities happy. Dislikes civilizations with high Faith output but struggle with happiness.

This mod requires Gathering Storm & Rise and Fall.

Supports English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

UPDATE: Fixed the text in mod description. Liu Xiu is compatible with Dynasty Uniques, with uniques of the Han Dynasty.

如果是天启模式的话，任何后来出的游戏模式不在适配范围以内。

大佬， 区域、改良设施和单位不会受到洪灾和风暴伤害 。该特性似乎没有生效

正在制作朝代能力MOD，目前无意更改立绘。我也有伊达未来的刘秀，可能留在制作刘秀的另一能力使用？另外，如有其他立绘亦欢迎提供。

或许伊达未来的刘秀更适合？那个刘秀是全身像的，并且图像拼接的也比珊瑚虫的这张刘秀稍微好一些（如果作者需要的话我这里有高清的）

重申一次：

历史性方面，天降陨石见于《后汉书》与《东观汉记》，而造成的效果最多是“吏士皆厌伏”而非网络段子所说的“战略武器”。我在制作领袖特色能力虽然也有加入“免疫洪水和风暴”这样的趣味效果（基于昆阳之战的异常气象和光武中兴的水利基建）。但主要反映刘秀的军略、国策和环绕谶纬的时代特殊性。

兼容性方面，流星雨和彗星撞击专属于新边疆Pass，在兼容性受到限制。

游戏性方面，流星雨只能发生在中立地点，而彗星撞击更是天启模式的游戏倒计时终结者，难以做到平衡。

所以“通用于风云变幻，无需新边疆Pass”版本的刘秀不会加入“召唤陨石”之类的效果，至于其他版本……
