Lichen Class Courier

Description
A small but speedy class of submarine, the Lichen design was intended to ferry small items of cargo from one outpost to another. Armed with 2 coilguns, a discharge coil, and a depth charge launcher, it is more than capable of defending itself against the more common denizens of Europa.

Been using this sub for a RP campaign playthough, and I love it. I appreciate when designers dont try to cram absolutely everything into a sub, and to make it play all roles. A good sub IMO is a sub with limitations because that gives you challenges to work with in gameplay.

We have a few mods that let us move and build things such as batteries/cargo crate racks and its been great fun to find ways to fit them in, doing refits of the sub on the go. I hope you put out more interesting subs like this in the future!

Thanks again :D Turns out I had made a stupid mistake with the flood alarm, I sent signals to turn it on but never turned it off.

After playing ~20 missions, the AI doesnt get stuck except for the start of a new campaign (and easy to fix) - this is now one of my favourite subs! Great job

Yeah the flood warning I believe - Im not 100% sure as its constant. The pathing has only happened at start of rounds or when an ai returns, but it is the right most door of the suit locker, as they try to enter from the command. Im hoping its a vanilla AI bug - it just stopped them, and if I gave another order they resumed and never got stuck again.

Thanks! By alarms, you mean the flood warning? Also I'd be interested to know about the pathing issues, I want to fix them

The constant alarm going off drives me nuts, and a couple of AI pathing bugs that VERY rarely show up are the only issues I have with this sub. Otherwise, its quite a cute and fast wee thing. Remarkably sturdy for its size.
