Hello everyone, this is my first mod for project zomboid please do not judge strictly.
This base is conveniently located at the top left of the map from the city of Riverside.

Very suitable for those who play with the yacht mod

The base is surrounded by a high fence, you just have to make a normal gate.
There are shops on the base:
Tool shop
Grocery store
Gas station and shop at the gas station
Water well
A small hospital with medical supplies
Main house with armory, library, and clothing warehouse.
Parking lot.
There is no zombie spawn.

many base map and i always come back to this base. It would be awesome if it had a green house. that is all it is missing.

In case this mod has any chance to be edit. The pool near house be grass for me all the time. It still have full function of water, but grass texture...
