Description
Images by IsDanBall, whose alternative 1980s Kaliningrad city build has given me the chance to build some awesome buildings! Thank you Dan!

What’s this?:
Based on the building in Kaliningrad, The House of Soviets was meant to be the political centre of the city during the USSR. However, construction was never completed, and the building now sits as an empty shell, affectionately referred to as “The Robot”, “The Monster”, or just “The Ugliest Building on Russian Soil”. For our time line however, the building is very much completed, and can now take its rightful place in the centre of your Brutalist dream city!!

178 Tris (has Diffuse, Illumination, Specular and Normal map)

Item in game is a Landmark. You can find it in game via FindIt! mod by searching for "House of Soviets”.

Unfortunately locked behind elementary school population..... :( ... Unlock all mod doesn't include this and some other unique buildings for some reason. Really don't want to install Game Anarchy because its "do everything" mentality throws conflicts with lots of other mods, but it doesn't do the job as well as many of them.

I never expected to see anything from my city in CS; not even one of the main sights. Based on the screenshots you even recreated the area around it (and did that perfectly while we're at it). Thank you!
