Enlightened Crown Buff

Description
Changes some things to the Enlightened Crown, such as giving it armor qualities.

At the moment the absorption rate is of 75%, a little less than a Football Helmet.

75% is too op for this item make it like 50% or configurable

I feel 75% is a bit much I think either make it around 65% or configurable maybe? That would be great :demoticon:
