Strongly recommend using the Alternative Mod Launcher (AML): https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher/releases

Adds alternative versions of the powered helmets that do not suppress facial decorations plus four new variants.

How to change glass material

WotC has a different glass material than vanilla. Personally, i think the vanilla version looks better (less glare) however it can't deal with stacked transparency (ie. eye lashes). The vanilla glass was ported to WotC by Poo Sparks ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1541079127 ). I copied what he exported from vanilla and included both versions in this mod, with the glass fix enabled by default.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE WOTC GLASS AND/OR HAVE BOTH VERSIONS ACTIVE:

1. go to ..\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2475412692\Config (if you have AML you can get here quickly from within AML)
2. open XComContent.ini with a text editor (notepad works)
3. remove a semicolon (;) from any line that starts with a plus (+) to enable it or add a semi colon in front of a line to disabled it.

I've been playing the game on & off for years man, mostly thanks to modders like you, i'm sure i can wait as long as you need. Thanks for the mod anyway!

Thank for the mod, it's too bad no one made a matte variant of the power helmets to match the matte suits

Just to be perfectly clear, "glass fix" means reverting to the old glass, correct? So if I want the WotC glass, I should disable the "fixed" versions and enable the others?

(Also, one link in the description is broken due to the parentheses)
