Kit Homes - Sears - The Albany

While the Albany, being only 18 feet wide, is well suited for a narrow lot, it will look very well on a wider lot. The design is suitable for city, suburb or country.

The Albany appeared in the 1926 Sears Modern Homes Catalog as a replacement for The Auburn, which was offered only for a single year, in 1925. The two were very similar in design, with the main difference being the Albany's front porch replacing the sun porch design of the Auburn. This asset also shares textures with The Sears Auburn, which I previously released.

The Albany features a single tile wide lot for narrow spacing, despite being shown on wider lots in the screenshots. Garages sold separately in my Sears Modern Homes garage pack (model shown, The Bartlett). Batteries not included.
