Great Wall Free Placement

Description
1. Great walls do not need to be placed near border.
2. Can be placed outside of border.
3. Can be placed on woods without overwriting it.
4. Can be placed on flooded plains.
5. Can be placed on non-volcanic mountains.
6. Is now built into adjacent tiles rather than the builder's tile, in order to make it possible to be built on mountains.

This is a modified version of a Great Wall mod which does little more than just the free placement.

I like the liberty it gives me, not sure I’d like it as much if it’s the opponent using it xD

Edit, works fine. I'm just an idiot with another mod that interacted with the great wall and the conflict killed my game. It is now fixed and i love it and i love you

Great Walls can be removed from mountains by builders if you use Passable Mountains or something similar to allow movement onto mountains.

It's impossible to give you the ability to remove a mountain-based improvement. Use cheat map editor if you must.

But there is something missing (if possible), that is the capacity to remove the Great Wall from mountains.
