A small adjusting mod for Orbital Ring, Titan, Juggernaut and cosmogenesis ships

- added more sections for titan (see screenshots)
- reworked juggernaut, it costs more, has 4 customizable sections and 6 shipyards
- orbital ring has +2 modules and +1 building per level
- cosmogenesis ships were splitted like juggernaut into a set of customizable sections
