This mod adds new craftable backpacks and is 100% compatible with existing saves.

Craft Improvised Backpack
  • 1 x Leather Strip (Clean or Dirty)
  • 1 x Sheet, Tarp or Pillow
  • 1 x Rope or 3 units of Twine
  • 1 x Tree Branch or Sturdy Stick
Craft Sheet Bag
  • 1 x Sheet
  • 2 x Sheet Rope

TO-DO
-Add more ways to craft backpacks (won't overdue just to avoid making a laggy crafting menu)
-Add more bags/backpacks
-Add craftable leather pouches (Fanny Pack slot)
-Remodel current bags to look better
-And more! I'm always open to new ideas

In case anyone has an issue on Linux in which the bags are invisible when worn, some of the mod's config files use the Windows specific "\" when designating the file path. If you manually change each of them to "/" it should appear as normal.

I will eventually for sure, although I might drop my backpack's mod since the sheet bag as finally been added to base game.

It might take a bit depending on how much the new crafting system overhauls recipes and how to craft items on certain surfaces.
