Exterminating "good," cities is the best.
A wonderful feeling. Pure joy. Exterminate everything!! Friend, foe, trading partners, and your own most orderly cities, except the capital.
The idea is to do this with joy and wonder, but still win in domination!
Easy level recommended. Higher difficulty ruins the best part by far. EXTERMINATE!!
Enslaving or exterminating is seldom a good choice (never say never) on a small city
its like now I am that big of an Empire that with lvl 2 buildings public order is fine 100 across all cities and I can move troops out but if I build higher and you take a hit on food and public order I will be rushing troops back to stop rebellions
its the missing part in the guide I read about how to upgrade building to 3 and 4 and keep public order right
btw I have 2 Marble producing cities but still cannot work out how to mine it
but that was where the guide ended he never finished it I tried this way because I was having massive public order issues in settlements not just conquered ones that my armies were tied up keeping the peace more than fighting wars
