Adds a cute little Penguin to the Starbound Logo. He's just vibing.

I recognize that not everyone wants to use my collection, An Overly Complex Assortment of Mods, or has all that many mods in the first place. As such, I made this as an alternative to my other mod, Starbound Logo Replacer - An Overly Complex Assortment of Mods. I've removed the window title change and the text under the logo, but left the Penguin.

Look at him. Isn't he so cute? He's just a little guy.
