New monuments won't show in already existing game, this is true.
But , unless we delete them, they will remain there in your older saves.
Generally the mod is compatible with any mod that does not alter [greatly] the map provinces...
The mod is "stand-alone" requiring no external mod, nor overriding any vanilla file.
You might find monuments duplicated [for example both this mod and ET have Neuschwanstein Castle]
Or that some monuments are not unlocked because the vanilla religion/culture is no longer available.
