Description

This is the First Expansion/Merge of The expanded province mod, this mod Randomizes country placement ,resources, manpower, factories, infrastructure, ideologies, leaders, focuses, states etc. Completely randomizing everything, making every game a new unique experience.

Can't wait for this to get updated! The replayability factor is insane :) Now if only there were more countries, à la "Every Province Independent"...
