Unit Faith Buys Fix

Description
Fixes omissions to buying units with faith. Four units have always been missing from the Holy Warrior or Religious Fervor Beliefs ability to purchase units with faith:

The Austrian Hussar
Swedish Carolean
Ethiopan Mehal Safari
WWI Tank (Landship)

This mod fixes this oversight. The amount of faith points required is based on the same formula used elsewhere for units where X-hammers equates to X-faith points when buying units.

Requires Brave New World.

Every other land combat unit had those two attributes set.

Re-Read the description. The Religious Fervor belief is the Reformation Belief that allows the purchase of Industrial and later units. And these units did not have the FaithCost="XXX" nor RequiresFaithPurchaseEnabled="true" in their definitions within the <Units> table.

Just so you know, those are Industiral/Modern Era units, Holy Warriors lets you buy units all the way up to the Industrial Era. It's not a bug. If you want to buy units past the Industrial Era, you need to get a reformation, in Piety, and pick the Religious Fervor, letting you purchase units from the Industrial Era or later.
