Unhappiness per population to 0.4
Unhappiness per city to 0.3,
Unhappiness per captured city to 3
When your overall happiness goes into the negative, there's a growth penalty of 20% (normally 75% I think?)
When your happiness goes below -10, the growth penalty goes to 95% (I believe it was 100% before).
Thank you for your comment though--I also discovered that one of my other mods wasn't working, which I've now fixed.
I'm going to keep looking into this, but I may have to recreate this mod or something. I can tell you that if you download my Cheap Scouts, Cities and more happiness mod, it changes unhappiness per population to 0.4, unhappiness per city to 0.3, unhappiness per captured city to 3, unhappiness growth penalty to -20%, and very unhappy growth penalty to -95%. This happiness mod was supposed to do all that . . . it looks like something is wrong with it though.
