The Dwarven Adviser is the best I've found. Scottish accents rock!

Ah. I managed to figure it out on my own anyways. If you're interested in fixing it, the vo_wheatley.dds file goes in gfx/interface/icons/advisor_vo rather than where it originally was.

Superficial bug, the Wheatley advisor lacks an icon unlike the others. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the original but I thought I'd mention it regardless.
