Armored Plebs

Description
This mod makes the normal plebs have heavy armor and insane stats. It also allows plebs to be used in custom battles.

can you make it so during a roman civil war or playing another faction they dont get the plebs and also any faction YOU play that isnt rome can you add to them plaz
