Description
Experience battles on what might be the most legendary battlefield ever - a small open field outside the humble city of Waterloo.

It was here that Lord Wellington, command of the combined Anglo-Dutch Army, met Napoleon's Army du Nord. He held out for hours before Blucher's Prussian Force attacked Naploeon in the flank, leading to the end of Bonaparte once and for all!

4 Infantry Divisions, each with 3 Brigades of 3 Regiments of Infantry, a Jager Battalion, a Regiment of Hussars and a Light 6 Lb foot battery.

A Cavalry Division with 2 Regiments of each Cavalry Type (Hussars, Dragoons, Uhlans and Cuirassiers) and a battery of horse artillery.

An Artillery Brigade with 1 of each battery (6 Lb light, 7 Lb Howitzer, 12 Lb Heavy, 6 Lb Horse) and two additional 12 pounder batteries.

A Pioneer Regiment with 8 Pontoon Bridges.

Cavalry piece explanations
Single black stripe: Hussars (Rgt 1-6) - Light Cavalry
Single White stripe: Dragoons (Rgt 7-8) - Light Cavalry, can dismount to fight open order. Could also consider it "Elite Light Cavalry"
Single Black Stripe with a black flag: Uhlans (Rgt 9-10) - Heavy Lancer Cavalry
Double White and Team colored stripe: Cuirassiers (Rgt 11-12) - Elite Heavy Cavalry

There are HQ pieces provided to allow more creative scenario design. There are two additional Infantry Division HQs, an additional Corps HQ and an Army HQ. For the Cavalry there is a Corps HQ and an extra division HQ, along with 4 Brigade HQs to allow Umpires to brigade Cavalry Squadrons. There is also a Jager Brigade HQ to brigade the Jagers together, if so desired.

The intention is not to use all of these blocks in regular play. There are many on the board to allow for some variety in scenario design. A full game using all leader blocks would take around 30 players per side! Plus many more for Umpires. . .that would be impractical to say the least.

Godspeed gentlemen, and remember to give concise orders!
