House series 101 GAM

Greetings! This mod consists of 6 houses made according to the projects of the 1-101 GAM series. Such houses do not have a rich facade and great amenities: the project does not provide for central heating, small rooms, and a courtyard toilet. But on the other hand, they are cheap and suitable for construction of any period.

Statistics.
I will not provide specific information for each house, it is very similar.
Houses from 4 to 16 residents with 56-60% comfort. The cost of one building is around 500 rubles.
Houses do not have collisions, so that you can place them next to each other, and therefore I recommend that you first level the surface under the buildings!

The houses are amazing, but there is a small issue with them. When you place them there is a "line" of dots far away that could make them impossible to build. Is anyway to remove that dot line?

Sassazin, Thank you for your feedback!
1. I will reduce the power consumption if it is really that big.
2. Houses pollute the environment due to the fact that they have a stove heating system, but they, like vanilla houses, can be connected to the central heating supply and they will not pollute the environment.

Beautiful work!
There's just one issue with the houses, the power consumption is too high. A village of 15 houses with 180 population consumes as much as a town with 13 vanilla blocks with 500+ population. Max power consumption and max wattage should be adjusted a bit.

The tooltip also says they produce environmental pollution for some reason, unlike any other vanilla residential building.

This makes them not really usable in a real game. Otherwise they would be perfect :)

Raysione , а это так задумано или только у меня что у этих домиков нет коллизии , могу этот домик хоть на другой домик наложить)

wseslaw, эти домики и есть деревянные, только облицованы штукатуркой. А следующий пак будет уже кирпичный и еще один панельный. Уже скоро выложу:)

Raysione, спасибо. Очень прекрасный мод чтоб начинать играть с нуля где-то с 40-х годов, чтоб не строить большие котельни для маленького сёла.

Большое спасибо за этот очень красивый мод. Красивые дома с очень красивым садом. Жить в таком доме - мечта каждого француза: огород, лужайка для пива с друзьями ... во Франции этого хотят все. Есть даже садовый сарай, это "the real French way of life".:steamhappy:
