Unearth (SCRIPTED + Expansion)

Primarily, I added in the expansion, and modified the table layout to my preference.

For better colorblind support I replaced the custom dice with some with more color-value distinction and added set-specific icons to all the ruin cards.

Proper PDF rulebooks are now available.

Also, I found that the dice were still a little hard to read in game so I added scripting that totals the dice on each ruin and prints it big on the table.

Finally, I scripted the basic setup for 4 players.
