Take a look at my newest update and share your thoughts on it. Tried to limit a bit too op stats like Ostia's 2500 maritime commerce by reducing it by half and mostly narrowing buffs of cities to only their region. Therefire buffs even like in Constantinople, which has +100% maritime commerce now, shall just make 2500 instead of 1250 out of their port, which makes sense as City of Constantine was the greatest trade hub in Roman Empire, if not in the whole world back then. Cheers!

Its balanced to not to have WRE dead before 405. Also +20% in culture and maritime commerce is not that much because maritime is reduced anyway by piracy and both are reduced by corruption. Also to get full benefit of cultural bonus it means that you have to build really food heavy buildings and/or not build other useful stuff.

no bro I am saying that already in one province to have 2 modifiers that already give you +20% in one source of income is so far OP but anyway I suppose this mod is not about balance but to have fun or an stable Western Roman Empire, right?
Aleksei  [author] 12 Apr, 2021 @ 2:35am
None of wonders give +20% industry/commerce/tax anywhere. You get +20% on culture and maritime commerence only at major wonder cities and it affects only that province. Also WRE is weakest faction in game basicly and unmodded will collapse at about 400-405 which is 50 years too early.

Man, I swear all wonders that give you +20% of income by industry/commerce/tax, are pretty ops, 10-15% is a more balanced features, with this mod the Roman Empire will become damn strong
