[RvB] - Doc/O'Mally Voice Pack

So after almost 4 years, I finally decided to finish my second voice pack. I present to you, RvB's Doc/O'Mally. This is a unique VP in that you get two characters in one!

This pack contains around 100 different lines. Not as much as some of the other characters that have been done. However that is mostly due to Doc/O'Mally not appearing in as many episodes.

Lines have been collected from every season they have appeared in, with the exception of the latest season. Simply because I have yet to watch it.

I know it has been awhile since any RvB VP's have been made, but if there is demand for more. I may create some more VP's of other characters.

DISCLAIMER: WOTC COMPATIBLE
The WOTC SDK just wouldn't work for me for some reaon. I have no idea why but for some reason the VP just would not work and I had so many issues just getting it to build. So I had to use the vanilla XCOM 2 SDK in order to get the VP to work. The VP IS WOTC COMPATIBLE, however because I couldn't use the WOTC SDK, you won't be able to use the VP on WOTC units (Skirmishers, Reapers, Templars).

I highly recommend you use this voice pack alongside the other RvB VP's as there is one line that has Grif talking as well, to simulate banter.

I do apologise for some lines being quieter than others, this is unavoidable as I can only obtain the lines by recording the show. And in some scenes the characters can be either quiet or loud depending on things such as how far away from the camera they are and other reasons.

@Argenblack There are still some characters that could be done. Wash being one that comes to mind.

Are there enough major characters left to create voice packs from the source material? I mean the minor cast members as I recall don't have a whole lot of dialog that doesn't reference RvB specific or Halo general stuff that might not fit into the X-Com vibe.

So I'm going to throw this question out there. Do people want more RvB VP's?

I ask as I know it has been quite a while since the last RvB VP was made. So it will be good to gauge people's interest before committing to making more.
