Description
The T-21 is a modern Russian style tank which is a joint creation of Russia and America to create a MBT that light, fast, and reliable (like the MBT-70.) using many tech for both sides like the APS from the T-90 and a turbine similar to the one in the Abrams. featuring a autoloader giving it a fire-rate of one shot every 3 seconds. it has a top speed of 72 mph but its stable at 60 mph.
