Description
This mod works either stand-alone or as an add-on to either my Historical Religions mod or the Historical Religions Edit.

It splits Hinduism into four denominations:

Vaishnavism
Shaivism
Shaktism
Smartism

And adds the historical predecessor of modern Hinduism:

Vedism

The mod updates the religious preference for Hindu civs and includes new religion icons and full civlopedia entries.

-Requires either the Gods and Kings or the Brave New World expansions.

Theravada is Buddhist and can be found in the Buddhist denomination pack or the Historical Religions complete mod.

Yes, the India pack is supported.

I know in your consolidated religion mod you mention about many Modded Civs correctly go for the right religion. Does this apply to the Expanded India Mod which has multiple India civilizations?

Update: No gameplay changes. Mod converted to SQL to ensure better compatability across all my Historical Religions mods. If you need the previous version to continue a save, a download link is at the bottom of the description.

You MODs are interesting! Chinese are interested in religions because most Chinese think themselves are atheists when they actually believe some religions.

-Update, no changes, it was simply to ensure compatability with new mods I've released. Should still work with last versions saves.
