And more seriously, I'm making benches better adjusted seat height. Then I may come to these 3 to adjust their height too.

I think it works now. I just plopped them on a map (after i removed all local copies of these benches) and they are appearing there.
I would suggest using your current Steam ID for making your assets/mods and other workshop content and making a separate Steam ID (and use 'Family Sharing') to actually play the game. That way you don't have to keep subscribing/unsubscribing when you want to publish to the workshop. I haven't done this myself, but I know @Avanya recommends it. If you have questions about it, you might want to reach out to her. She's very helpful.
