HMS Trincomalee

This is the replica 1:1 of the leda-class frigate HMS Trincomalee.

This model is as similar as to the original 1816 version of Trincomalee, with the paint scheme of the Trincomalee docked in Hartlepool.

This ship has working cannons, working anchors and full detailed decks.

This model has 15 18-pound cannons on the low deck and 11 32-pounds carronades fully operational (recommended use of leftand right at same moment).

Hull lenght is above 45 meters, the sail plan is a full-rigged ship.

The ship can survive at tsunami but not if the ship don't move or if the tsunami wave is arriving frome the side of the ship. (if you want to survive close alll the hatches (with blocks) and then the ship became unsinkable.)

The ship has a maximum roll of about 80 degrees before capsize.

To use anchors you have to put off the anchor magnets and the connector magnets, then you activate the mag all. To weigh anchor you have to down connector and turn on his magnet, then turn off mag all and retire the ancor, but when the anchor is near to the connector activate anchor magnets and wait a few moments to attach connector magnet to anchor magnet. Then you can weigh anchor. (i know is a bit difficult but in 1800 you have to do it with hands so magnets are a useful solution).
