Carden Loyd Mk VI Tankette

Description
The vehicle is built to a 2:1 scale and the specifications are made to similarly reflect that. Speed and caliber is as close to 2:1 as I can get it to be. Rate of fire is also made to be historically accurate.

The Carden Loyd series of tankette came in many variants. Some of the earliest versions, the Mk I came in both a single and a two man design. But the two man design was more popular. By the time the Mk IV came out, the tankette started to take shape. The final and most successful variant, the Mk VI would resemble the Mk IV. The tankette was extremely popular during the interwar period by smaller nations who favored quantity over quality as they needed a large number of cheap tanks. Its market success not withstanding, by the start of the Second World War, it proved dated and inadequate. Nonetheless, the tankette left a lasting legacy and shaped interwar tank development for many nations. Indeed, the humble tankette found it's used more as a prime mover, infantry transport and the design was even adapted for various other purposes including full size light tanks and even the famed universal carrier.
