Welp, i tried to find one but didnt see any, do you have a link to one? Also could i make a mod that adds melee weapons using the source from one of your othwrs that adds the clever?

Yes third pistol is possible and certainly there are mods out there. They use scripts so you cant use the m on official servers. I have a mod that moves the scout sniper or the AWP to the pistol slot.
There is a mod which allows pistols and melee to be used simultaneously (I have version of it on my mod list)
There is a mod that adds a flamethrower as a melee weapon too!
