Description
Fixes Phanon Star Traveler being way too small and fixes Dyson Spheres being way too small with System Scale and ACOT installed.

@H̷e̵r̶r̵ ̶W̵i̶n̶g̶e̸l correct, the stellarborne stuffs is something I did not touch with this mod because I actually really dislike the stellarborne ringworld design and prefer it segmented
