PillBox20's IMRO Fix 1.10.8 DISCONTINUED

Description
INTRO:

How many times have you experienced this? You are about to destroy the IMRO once and for all and all of a sudden the decision cancels and you are now stuck with a brutal attrition in your country for the rest of the game...
Not anymore! PillBox20's IMRO Fix will prevent exactly that!

NOTABLE CHANGES:

-Destroy IMRO decision has been made available even if the requirements do not match anymore. This will allow you to click it again so that you can complete it.
-In case that the decision cancels you will not be stuck with the attrition for the rest of the game. It will remove itself once the decision cancels.
-Lowered the amount of attrition from 100% to only 30%. This is not a full scale war after all. You are fighting a small organization.
-In case you move one or two divisions away during the conflict accidently the decisions will not cancel.
-Now you will be able to change the templates from the decisions.
-Even if you control Thrace, Macedonia and Central Macedonia, you will still get cores on them via the IMRO decision.
-Both of the IMRO focuses now have requirements to not own the Macedonian states.
-All the IMRO national spirits will disappear if you own the Macedonian states.

If you have something else that needs fixing that break the game, write down in the comments. I don't mind fixing small things for my home country.

Today I have updated the mod for the game version of 1.10.5. I have also made some changes to the focuses for IMRO and the decision for support of the Macedonian Organization.

Yes.I have not fixed the localization for the decision. The thing is that even tho the decision becomes available, some times it bugs out and cancels leaving you with the terrible attrition in Sofia and Plovdiv.

With this mod you can restart the decision until you station troops properly and wait for the decision to finish. If it cancels it will remove the state modifier as well.

You just need to have 2 troops from plovdiv to thrace, three from sofia to macedonia and 5 from plovdid to central macedonia. Works for all paths. The thing says 3 divisions in thrace and only two in sofia-macedon border which is wrong.
