Description
Wooden Student and worker hostel. Student residental housing for wooded and hilly maps, it is made from primitive materials such as rough hewn logs and rubble stone.

You are supposed to manually move students into it so they don't have to use transportation.

I can't seem to get anybody to move in, it just sits there empty, what am I doing wrong?

It is so you can send buses to pick up students and take them to university or back to their home towns.
