Description
为了显示特有资源，请订阅无尽群星框架并让本mod排序在其下方。
本mod向下兼容至2.8，但3.0往下不再推荐使用（部分科技失效）。

添加了vtuber夏色祭的科技，研究科技可获得两段舰船武器和部件，添加特有资源和生产建筑。
一段飞船武器和部件略强于于原版的四级武器和部件（如X射线激光），二段武器略强于原版武器拓展mod里的六级武器和部件。
研究完二段科技后可研究三个循环科技分别提供少量加成、少量造船费用降低和增加星球建筑槽。
整合了本人做的其他mod，包括：1、四个强大的法令。2、强大的护卫舰和战列舰船体。3、娱乐用光矛（高伤高速低命中）。


未来安排：摆，随缘加东西，如果版本更新会适配

@蓝幻vip，那什么，其实我就没打算让AI点出马自立科技，所以我每个科技的AI权重都是0并且加了AI无法选择的语句，但是AI还是能点

真的是很不错的mod，靠了它和第四天灾之怒的最强buff才和地狱级联合舰队55开，说实话，那个时候感觉挺爽的，很有穿越者们团结一致、最后一战史诗感（我的DIY物种就是第四天灾，势力叫穿越者协会）打完之后真的是回味无穷:steamhappy:。
只是我发现了一些问题，那就是其它势力不会发展清楚元素工厂，导致它们点了马自立科技后没法造战舰了，希望作者大大可以解决这个问题，顺便更新一下，欸嘿。

@命运、审判@大哈鱼 很抱歉，我换了steam皮肤，消息栏被放在了右下角，我平时用steam都看不到

言归正传，我自己测试了一下没问题，检查下是不是mod冲突
