Medieval Hand Cart - Police

A medieval hand cart, used to replace police vehicles. No, it doesn't make sense - police as we know them today didn't really exist in the middle ages. However, I was getting tired of the crime rate in Skrælige being >75%, and apparently in Cities: Skylines police officers actually decrease the crime rate.

Still a mediocre asset, but better than having a Crown Vic (or other modern police car) driving around your otherwise-medieval city. Just pretend your criminals are being thrown in the cart and lugged off to the dungeon.
