Time Controller - Class Mod

Hello everyone, this is my first experience with any type of modding, at first it was just recoloring my favorite hero's skin (I'll let you guess) so I decided to do something more elaborate, but not as much, as my first attempt and my tool to learn, you can see some simple and very amateurish things. I intend to improve in the future, but I want to share with you what I managed to do this month, any bug report me, English is not my native language, so please relief any errors on this page or in the mod, Enjoy.

In addition to vanilla skills we have:
