Johnson Building Group

Description
Required items are only needed for the restaurant in the back - it is using the Bennelong Restaurant props from the Opera House. If you're going to cover that bit up then don't worry about them! :)

Surrounding the southern side of the Grosvenor Place tower are three heritage listed buildings - Federation Hall, Royal Naval House (collectively occupied by the Sydney Futures Exchange) and the Johnson's Building Group (now The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room).
This is a recreation of the Johnson Building Group, a 3x4 unique building (no requirements other than basic road).

The building is suited for a corner, with both roads sloping downhill. it includes stairs so that it looks okay on flat ground, but really would look better with a slope concealing some of it. Use Move It and some Anarchy-related mods.

Note: unlike Royal Naval and Fed Hall this is not using the nobase shader, so it *can* collect snow on the roof (I mean, I'm guessing, I didn't check)

Model details
16,480 tris (including glass submesh) / 308 tris LOD
4096x512 texture / 256x256 LOD texture

Yeah, apologies. My brain decided it didn't want to read the first few lines immediately below. Apologies. By the time my brain registered the information, I couldn't work out how to delete my comment. Sorry!

the first paragraph in the description explains this.

Could I ask why this requires the Sydney Opera House? Especially as it is quite a large file.

@Robert thanks for uploading the screenshot.

Added screenshots of how it looks when 'lit' up, to the extent that it is. Some illuminated windows on the sheltered balcony (above and further inside the restaurant) also. They are set up for a higher threshold (lower odds) on the illumination spectrum, making them less frequent and less vibrant when they appear.

There are some lights in the Brooklyn Hotel windows (third building) which are quite faint, as well as lights in the storefront windows. Didn't want any strong illumination as it is mostly a bar, low-lit. I'll get a screenshot of the windows lit up.

Hey @Robert I did have a question, is there supposed to be night lighting on the exterior? I do see lamps inside the restaurant but no other lighting on the building

Great looking building, thanks!
