Description
I came across Dr. Tony's version of Frost from MK11 a couple months ago, and while the rigging was quite good, I noticed there were significant issues with the setup of the materials, making the model look legitimately awful in most lighting conditions. Additionally, when I took a look under the hood I found that the model was significantly bloated in filesize by several duplicate materials that served no overall purpose. So I set about remedying this, and creating the version you see before you now (with permission).

FEATURES:

- Corrected Self-Illumination: This means the correct areas of Frost now glow in the dark/in shadow, and the dull areas only retain a faint sheen, at best.

- Detail Maps & Corrected Normal Maps: In the original model the normal (bump) maps for Frost were either not being used, or, in some cases, inverted. I've corrected this where I can, but I'm legally blind so I might've missed some.

- Lightwarps: This means material files that determine how light 'warps' and bounces around the model. Frost has several, used individually for her metal, hair, and skin elements.

- Phong Shading: This means the slight white "wetness" shine effect you usually see on models like the HL2 Zombie. I've implemented it for Frost, since the original model was lacking it and Frost is one model I'd always imagine phong to be used on.

- Custom Cubemap: Using one of Hyperchaotix' SFM cubemap shaders I've given Frost's body a "blue velvet" effect to make her tunic more shiny and sleek looking.

- General Optimization: The original model weighed in at just about 500mb unextracted. The greater displayed filesize of this version is due to Steam changing its compression algorithms in January. The original model weighs in at over 500mb when extracted (IE, installed) while this model is only 330mb. It's a lot for a single model, but Frost has 4k textures. I didn't downscale them for quality's sakes, and I'm pretty sure GMod is 64-bit nowadays.

C_Arms are included, as is a lua file to make her selectable in the playermodel selection. She only has GMod playermodel sequences, so if you're using Nutscript or a similar RP script/schema, you will have to define her as "player" rather than "citizen" in your schema file.

This is based on Dr. Tony's Frost playermodel available here:

https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1739136538

However, this version is standalone, and can be used with or without the original installed.

I suggest using my version (this page's), as it has a greater overall quality while being significantly more optimized.

I DID NOT CREATE THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF THIS MODEL, I ONLY IMPROVED THE MATERIALS.

Understandable, I thought that I might be dumb enough to not understand how to make posable glowing eyes :D Thanks for the answer!

Sadly not, they were never set up as actual eyes, even shader-side. I didn't set up proper eyes because I didn't think it was worth it considering GMod breaks eye angles all the time with playermodels, and to create proper eyes would ruin the glow effect.

Hey,is there a way to make the eyes posable for the ragdoll? I have tried to pose them and they do not move.
