This wouldn't... by chance... be a reference to the Steve Martin comedy about laundering money with a hovering tank program... would it? SGT Bilko would be proud.

have had this for a while. love it! i took a look inside of this beauty ( was curious how it worked) can the same technique be used to make larger mobile bases?
