Description
Adds an decision tab for adding/cheating money in Cold War: Iron Curtain

Also people keep saying that you could easily use the console and change your money that way. I made this mod for players who are lazy to type it in or people who want to play Ironman mode but also wants to cheat money too.

From what adds the treasury it goes from these decisions.

@BalckoJ No, everyone in the multiplayer must have it. I haven't test it but I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen since they don't have the mod to load the money decisions.

The submod work perfectly fine for the new update. I assume the submod is disabled in your playlist? Regardless I did playtest it and it still shows up
