How do you even start up the bus?

Parking brake is on. Cannot shift any gears. turning off the parking brake will shift the gear or start the engine

i keep holding down the d button on the touchscreen and it doesnt work. It doesnt even look like i am even pressing it.

You need to hold it for 3-4 seconds and it will start

Can't get it to move - have released the parking brake, held W, but nothing happens.
