Welcome to my guide about how to install mods for sekiro, its really easy and doesnt ruin your game you can delete them at any time so lets start with the steps

1- Download Mod engine from Nexus
https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/6

2- After it finished downloading , open it

3- Then copy these files and paste it in the game`s file

Your game`s file should be like this :

4- Create a file named " mods " and then create another file in it named " parts " and it should look like this :

5- Then go to Nexus website and choose any mod you like

6- After finished downloading the mod, open it then copy all of the DCX files into your parts folder in the mods folder in your sekiro folder

7- Open the game

8- The result :

No matter what I do, I can't seem to get any mods to work on the Steamdeck. I just wanna play Easy Mode, cause dying 50 times in a row to Emma and Isshin just isn't fun.

I've don't everything as well as I can but it's not working :(

i wasn't able to get skins to work, until i put the individual skin part files into the mods folder. at first i had different folders for all the files and that didn't work. hopefully this helps you guys

Im not sure that’s the thing.. I’m trying to use sekiro the easy. I downloaded the mod engine which I know works because there’s no logos at start up. I made a mod folder in the games files and then made a parts folder in the mod folder. I downloaded sekiro the easy extracted the files and copied the .dcx into the parts folder. I left the part in the mod engine where you type in the folder as “\mods”. (I also tried different things like /mods, \parts, left the \ out) Started the game, mod didn’t work. I added the WINEDLOVERRIDE text string to the launch options. Nothing works

I probably did something wrong but whenever I check mod engine in my file explorer, it doesn't have the ".ini" at the end even though it did in the place where I copied it from. And this is the only thing I have different from the directions but the mods won't work
