Brisk Morning - Cold Stream Color Correction

This is a light blue color correction for all four maps of Cold Steam. This was made possible by the February 18, 2021 update which allowed color corrections to work for all four maps of Cold Stream instead of simply the first and third. This mod is similar to my color correction for The Parish, Blue Skies. It accentuates the light blues while not muting the trees in blue-green, retaining some of the harder browns and reds. To me it gives the effect of a cold morning.

This will only affect Cold Stream. It may unintentionally affect some custom campaigns that use Cold Stream's color correction. I can't help that. This was also tested with and designed for the default skybox. It may not look good with custom skyboxes.
