so its an elementary school, since the entirety of humanity lives on this one train on train tracks that look to be imposable to build, it was eventual that theres going to be a few schools, the outside windows are so kids can look out to see a cold wasteland that resembles Alaska. the inside windows are for perents who want to see there child working while passing by, or its propaganda that the train isn't that bad ether one works.
