Plattenbau IW84 P-Halle No.1-2

Hello Folks,

today I present you a collection of 5-floor blocks from Halle (Saale). Included are 9 different blocks with two color versions each, totaling to a package of 18 buildings.


Naming scheme:

The included building has been named after original blueprints I found.
This block has been planned and built in Halle, hence the first three letters "HAL".
"IW" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "84" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"P-Halle" specifies that the local prefab-standard from Halle was used.
"Skt1-3" states the sub-section of the block, "Skt2" for example being only 14.4m wide per segment, the other two 16.8m.
"#ET or #EW" indicate if the entrance is staircase-side (ET) or living room-side (EW). The number in front specifies the number of entrances per block.
"No.1-2" simply stands for each of the color variants, "No.1" being red, "No.2" being beige.

In-game:

The blocks can be found under their names, starting with "HAL IW84 P-Halle" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
Their lot sizes and tris counts can be seen in the image above.
All blocks have color mapped balconies. They are all RICO only, housing 20 to 40 apartments. Each entrance per block amounts to 10 homes.
This asset shares its main texture file amongst each other, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
