Small Freshwater Plants

Adds smaller versions of most of the games freshwater plants. They will fit tanks with very shallow water, such as Tenth Architect's delightful Shallow Beach Tanks. Nevertheless, these plants will also make interesting variants in deeper tanks! The Java fern will stick out of the water in shallow tanks, as this speices do well partially submerged.
