Hey there!
As we have mentioned previously, we are already working to include new vehicle sets (e.g. KI5 and Fili sets). Users could choose a vehicle set depending on their needs. These new ones won't be anytime soon, but its on the roadmap and already in progress.
However if you want to get VVE going, myself and Spacew00t would prefer if you reach out and make a GitHub pull request to add VVE Integration to the main mod, also in the way of a "vehicle set" users can load.
We could then split the old cars into a vanilla set and add your new VVE set, whilst letting us make changes and/or update it in the future. Goes without saying that you'd get credit for the texture work, whilst making it less of a hassle for us to maintain and integrate moving forward.
I've been currently looking into creating a sub-mod replacing the vanilla-based SOS vehicles with VVE-based equivalents. Still need to figure out how to do modding for PZ, but textures are pretty much done already.
If I succeed, can you give me permission to publish the sub-mod on the Workshop?
Greetings, Max.
Try to adjust the load order, and check if that maybe helps?
SOS should be last relative to anything that may change the basic AEBS "FillBroadcast" function, as we take aboard any changes other mods may make to it.
If TM-Radio messes with the AEBS Broadcast functionality beyond top-level changes, then I'm afraid that would be on their end to fix.
Still trying to narrow down the issue but it seems to be throwing errors when the emergency broadcast would come through, and I think True Music Radio may have a weather broadcast system in their mod.
Will edit with more information as I find it, but wanted to ask if that would affect anything. Hope it made sense.
As mentioned in a comment on a previous page, we will be replacing the vanilla-like vehicles with different ones at some point in the future, with plans for supporting one or two of the major vehicle "frameworks" that exist (KI5 or Filibuster).
Obviously can't give an ETA as we're starting to worry about B42 compatibility for now, and have yet to fully go beyond the drawing board on the car front, but its still planned at some point.
I actually discussed this in a comment maybe 2 or so pages back.
Destroying the terminals does nothing, you can still get the repair context by just interacting with the room itself.
This is to prevent permanent griefing in a public multiplayer scenario, which is why its not documented anywhere. Side effect is that it lets you also redecorate the room, should you make it your base.
