Extra Virgin Snecko Oil

Description
Snecko Oil is the only potion in the game that can have wildly negative effects on the player. While it is potentially super powerful, not everyone likes having such a gamble attached to a potion.

This mod changes Snecko Oil in the following ways:

- You can now choose which cards to randomize the cost of instead of randomizing ALL costs
- Card draw is reduced from 5 to 3 to compensate for the added safety
