Welcome to my favorite addon I've ever created, Persona Mod!

FEATURES
  • Lots of Personas from Persona 3, Persona 4, Persona 5, Persona 5 Royal, and Persona 5 Strikers!
  • Several different NPCs from the above games as well!
  • Adds a whole Dance system! With lots of dancers from the Persona Dancing series!
  • A custom spawn-menu tab with everything from the mod in in!
  • A customization menu in the spawn menu to change different features/options of the mod, as well as some cheats/developer functions!
  • Full Experience/Stats System that is saved in both SP and MP, you'll never lose your data!
  • Basic Multi-Player support, please keep this in mind when using it in MP. Just like the original Persona games, some things work best as a Single-Player experience. I will do what I can to add more MP support but don't expect much.


NOTES
  • To use your Persona, you must first put these controls in your console:
    • bind "KEY" "summon_persona"
    • bind "KEY" "target_persona"
    • bind "KEY" "persona_updateskilltable"
    • EXAMPLE: bind "mouse4" "summon_persona"
    • EXAMPLE: bind "mouse5" "target_persona"
    • EXAMPLE: bind "downarrow" "persona_updateskilltable"
  • Here are the controls while using a Persona (assuming you've bound the above keys):
    • LMB - Use Melee attack
    • RMB - Use Special attack (if Melee Skill Card is highlighted on your HUD, this will mark it as your current Melee ability)
    • Reload (or R) - Cycle between Skill Cards
  • Persona Mod HUD elements are designed to scale with your Garry's Mod resolution. It is recommended that you play with a 1080p monitor or higher though, as Garry's Mod can only scale text to a certain degree. The HUD elements themselves were developed using both a 1080p and a 2K monitor, so they will look their absolute best at those resolutions!
  • To further increase your Persona's power beyond level 99, you have to navigate to the Persona menu and press "Make Legendary". This will completely reset your Persona's level and change its' appearence, while also keeping all of the skills it has learned. While your Persona is Legendary, it will level up twice as fast as well as gain double the stat increase as it would normally.
  • You can pause/play character themes individually by pressing C > right-click on them > Toggle Music
  • You can enable Cinematic Mode for Dancers through the Persona menu in your spawnmenu! This feature adds pre-made and dynamic camera positions/transitions to create a more true-to-the-orginal experience!
  • There are 2 modes for the Dancers the can be changed in the Persona menu:
    • Spectate (Forces the player to spectate the Dancer until it is removed)
    • Dance! Dance! (Same as Spectate mode except that you enter Dance! Dance! mode, in which you essentially play Persona X Dance (or Guitar Hero for the uncultured) to compete for the highest score on a song! You can also change the difficulty of the track through the Persona menu!)
  • If you want to learn about what each skill does, go to the Megami Tensei fandom wiki! A lot of skills in this mod have unique effects to them that you might not realize! (Confusion, Curse, etc.)
  • Once a Legendary Persona has reached level 99, if a Velvet variant of it exists you can turn it into a Velvet Persona. Velvet Personae are the ultimate variant of a Persona, with very high stats as well as a unique skill that only it can obtain. To obtain a Velvet Persona, you have to obtain a Velvet Key.
  • If you want to delete your progress on yourself or a Persona, navigate to the following folder and delete whichever data you want (the files are split up by data type so you can reset certain values):
    • garrysmod/data/persona/data/
